Jerry McClellan
Sgt. Jerry McClellan is a Veteran of the United States Marine Corps and a retired Patrol K9 Handler and Trainer in Massachusetts. Jerry joined the his agency in 2000, since that time he has served as a member of the Police Academy Staff as well as a member of the SWAT Team. Jerry is a certified firearms instructor for the State of Massachusetts. In 2014 Jerry was promoted to Sergeant and assigned as the supervisor of the department’s K9 Unit. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Curry College and a Masters in Public Administration with a focus in Homeland Security from Anna Maria College. Jerry has worked overseas as a Private Military Contractor training explosive detection K9 teams.
